Zhejiang Archaeology and Chinese Civilization: Zhejiang Celadon Tour” Online Exhibition LaunchedCeladon of Zhejiang is an important civilization gene and cultural mark of Zhejiang. Mr. Chen Wanli, father of ceramic archaeology, once commented, “Zhejiang embodies half of the splendid Chinese history of ceramics.” Sponsored by Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, organized by Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology, “Celadon Across the Sea--Zhejiang Archaeology and Chinese Civilization: Zhejiang Celadon Tour” Online Exhibition was recently launched on the public websites of Chinese embassies and consulates abroad, overseas Chinese cultural centers, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and some overseas social media platforms.  Zhejiang, the birthplace of celadon, carries the secrets of the world of celadon in its mountains and water, people and porcelain, the sea and the Maritime Silk Road, as well as the glory of Zhejiang land in its forever-burning kiln fire, so Zhejiang celadon boasts a significant part in Chinese civilization.
